Tomorrow’s Menu: Chick-fil-A for DES!

Tomorrow’s the day! Join us for our Dining Out for DES fundraiser at Chick-fil-A Edgewater on Monday, May 18 (open–close) and help support the DES PTO with an easy meal for the family. Whether you’re grabbing breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a post-practice snack, every order helps give back to our school!

Important reminders:

🚗 Mention the DES fundraiser before paying for in-store or drive-thru orders.
📱 For mobile orders, use code GATORS (case sensitive) and be sure to opt in to support the Community Care Event at checkout.

❗CFA Delivery/3rd party orders are not included at this time.

Skip the cooking tomorrow and support DES one meal at a time. Thank you for helping make our final Dining Out of this school year a success!

Volunteering
Spring Cleanup and Planting

📅When: Saturday May 30 10-noon
🌷What: It’s Spring Planting time! We need volunteers to help spruce up the DES pollinator gardens on the bus side, and raised bed gardens in the courtyard.
🏫Why: These beds provide a great space for hands-on environmental education next school year. Come get your hands in the dirt and/or donate materials to invite pollinators and beautify our courtyard for all to enjoy.

Sign up here to volunteer or contribute items for planting. Please bring your own gardening gloves and tools.

Contact Caitrin Martin with any questions.

Help Design Next Year’s Gator Gear!

Do you have a creative eye or a passion for graphic design? The DES PTO is looking for an adult volunteer to help design next year’s Gator Gear collection! From t-shirts and sweatshirts to stickers, spirit wear, and more, we’d love fresh ideas that show off our Gator pride.

This is a fun way to support our school community while helping create merchandise that students, staff, and families will love to wear all year long. Interested in helping or learning more?

Please contact Alison Moser at vpfundraising.pto.des@gmail.com.
